 looking for an automotive car and truck technician.

We are a new and pre-owned car dealership in Spearfish, SD's highly desirable and beautiful location of the Black Hills near Rapid City, Sturgis, Belle Fourche, and Gillette, WY. Any and all skill levels are being considered. We will pay for your current experience and any future training. ASE Certified, ASSET graduates, and previous Ford experience are all helpful but not required. Transmissions and diesel expertise are valued but not required. Former or current mechanics at any franchised dealer or independent shop are encouraged to apply.

 looking for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative.


We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a BDC Representative. The BDC Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering positive customer relationships through effective communication and lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions, and dealership services.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives, vehicle inspections, and service appointments.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update lead information, and maintain accurate records of communications and appointments.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient resolution of inquiries or issues.
  • Proactively engage with potential customers to identify their needs, preferences, and buying intentions and tailor communications accordingly.
